[dev] [patch] Make login/logout menu links behave as options/help/problem

Oops, _do not apply the submitted patch_

Forgot that getServiceLink is also used in the portal menu. New patch applied.
It is now possible to override the settings from conf.php (the other 
method was
to not use getServiceLinks for the portal manu, but this may have other uses
also.
