[dev] gollem select files api extension

I added two calls to the Gollam API to be able to mark the files to be 
selected in advice. So we can open a select window with corresponding files 
(from previews edit) already selected.

createSelectlistID - generates the cacheid of the selection
setSelectlist - that populates the selection

Of course I added an optional parameter "selectlistLink" to allow to pass the 
selectionID.
