[dev] CSS class="summary" border-bottom problem ?

I've seen similar using the Loyola Blue theme, but not all the time. Sometimes
the bottom border is there, sometimes it isn't. I'm back to using the default
theme now, though. Sometimes I like the dark/light contrast.
