[dev] New new.png for Kronolith

I checked out what you committed.  I don't think I like it all that much.  A
simple plus sign might work on the other side of the date block, where 
the icon
used to be.

I also liked the "Week #" links being inside parentheses.

But, anyways, I've played around with the old blue "New Event" icon.

A few of the attached variations aren't that great, I suppose they're provided
to show the limits of what works and what doesn't.

I'm particularly fond of new17.png.

Are these any closer?
