Committed, thanks.

It would save me a *lot* of time if you'd follow Horde coding conventions in
your patches (no trailing whitespace, single quotes except where necessary, 4
space indentation, etc.), and if you'd generate the patches with cvs 
diff -u so
they had useable paths in them.
