[dev] [patch] Horde_Tree alt text when icons not rendered

Here's a resubmittal of the tree.js.diff patch.  I forgot two spaces to 
separate
attributes at the end of Horde_Tree.prototype._setNodeToggle() when it builds
and returns the <img> tag.
