No, you can choose any license for your product if it only uses LGPL code.

There's no need for such an extra table, you can do this with 
groups/lists in Turba already. Also see 
http://dev.horde.org/~jan/crm/contactview.html for UI ideas how to link 
those applications to a CRM.
