[dev] Horde breaks File_PDF

I tired to use File_PDF in my app.
Seems that if it is used inside horde framework wont work.
I attached an example. 
If horde base is NOT included it will work. 
Otherwise PDF reader Acrobat and KPDF will return unrecognized object name.
I tied a little bit and I guess the Registry breaks it, or maybe I just miss 
something.
