Personally, I think this is one area where standards shmandards - no 
matter what the iTip part is marked, we should display 
Accept/Tentative/Decline/New Time options for it right in the 
attachment summary, with an option to show the details (or showing them 
if it's marked inline). But the main UI has got to be always there. And 
yes, same thing about condensing Accept and Add to my calendar has been 
on my personal todo list for a while now.
