[dev] What is the best way to separate virtual domains with horde?

If you used the Group_hooks backend, you could use hooks to auto-create 
those categories.

Long term, the answer might be to have Horde become aware of "Domains". 
I'm not sure yet how to do that without unnecessarily complicating 
single-domain setups, though.
