I sort of disagree on this because this isn't a BC break, it's an 
addition. Theoretically you could take the new Util package and install 
it with Horde 3.0 and you'd be fine. But we're not quite there yet in 
terms of how we do packages.

I still think adding the method to Gollem is the way to go for now. 
Since whichever interpretation you go with in the first paragraph 
above, depending on 3.0.5 for this goes against our release policy...
