[dev] LDAP horde_defaults config?

Hello,

I'm testing Ben's LDAP group code and so I now have three different areas
(potentially) that I need to provide the same redundant information -
Authentication, Groups, Portal Block.  At what point does it make sense to make
another tab, call it Directory and define the common info there - hostpec,
port, version, basedn, etc.  Then for each of the other areas (Authentication,
Portal Block, Groups) give the option to use LDAP, with horde_defaults, and
allow the admin to specify the RDN - ou=People, ou=Groups, etc.  This would
function much the same as the Database tab.  Provide the general info there,
and provide the table name in each of the specific configuration areas.
