[dev] How to not display the session name in the Horde URL

Hi,

I know this is a FAQ, but I can't find the answer.  How do we stop the
session name from being displayed in the URL ?  Right now, I have
"?Horde=7f4f6d34af2ad1dd...." and such appended to every URL in Horde.
I think this is how session name is being passed between the client and
the server, but I would like to get rid of that and just use cookie instead.
