[dev] Webtest and Fit

Hi,
i want to submit a proposal.
I dont know how quality / testing is done by the horde-developers.

One way i want to introduce is: webtest

The single steps a user do in a normal session, can easy be simulated.
For Example:
1. Login
2. Check for E-Mail
3. Write a new E-Mail, 
4. etc.

Once we wrote this little tests, we could let em run after every major
change. 
Please give me a feedback what you think of the actual situation 
and if this tool could help us.
