Alas, it is not working under FF 1.5. So for the moment no go. However,
personally I could use the charactermap plugin. Sure Imp has this
functionality already; but this one works better and is also available
outside of Imp.

There are only nightly builds. I checked the source repository. As far
as I can see, the only thing changed is the added Russion translations
for the plugins. I suggest we keep them.
Also I added the Dutch translation for the AnselImage plugin. (Which
was built against the version that is in Horde)
I updated the xinha.php code also with respect to what I submitted
yesterday. It now uses the array.push javascript method for the plugin
array.
This led me to another patch I had lying around. Some Explorer 5.5
builds may not hat the push method. So a patch for horde.ie.js is also
here (actually this was written by Chuck, but I tested it)
