[dev] DIMP not showing folders other than Inbox

Entirely up to you. Another option is to make is the  
initial_application and turn off the sidebar entirely.

Dunno. What Horde and IMP versions are you using? Hint: if it's not  
latest (really, really latest) CVS, you shouldn't expect things to work.
