That'd be me. For starters, please send an email to core at horde.org
with the CVS username you'd like for the Horde incubator (and a
freebsd password hash if you like). You should also subscribe to the
Horde CVS commmits list (cvs at lists.horde.org - feel free to filter it
just for incubator commits, but you may want to follow other commits
both for information and to get a sense of what else is there).
We're going to be using this list for the SoC projects instead of a
seperate list (which we did last year) to try and make sure that
you're as involved in our regular development process as possible.
So this is the "go!", basically. Let's start out, once you have CVS
access, by setting up a basic Horde application structure, and
following your timeline from there. I'd like you to drive the project,
of course, but I (and the rest of the list) are here to give you as
much Horde help as you need. We can also arrange chat if desired;
there is the #horde IRC channel on FreeNode, and I can give you
various IM contact info privately if that's something you'd like to use.
Best,
-chuck
