I agree to find an common solutions for add-ons.
Maybe we can add a plugin attribute in the application registry.
That is filled by configuration file in config/registry.d.
So the installed code it would result as an extension to the current module
and not an aplication itself. For exemple Taxes could be an extension to
Horde.

I agree.
"Finance" would be a good name.
