[dev] What do you use to compress the .js files?

Thanks for the help everyone, I downloaded and used the file from here
http://cvs.horde.org/framework/devtools/jsmin/ appears to be the same  
thing, and seems to work.

For some reason I didn't consider looking in the devtools directory, I  
thought that stuff was in the actual js/src/ directory.
