Bonjour,
Self-reply but I forgot to mention the i18n point.

By this compat rewriting , for the moment, the bash does not proceed the 
translation of user texts.
Spip does not use gettext() but some home cooked stuff, so it's 
something I need to arrange.

Anyway , we would be interested in translating them.
I dont know if/how translations are stored in Horde's cvs.
We would be happy to use some and contribute where we have some local 
force :)
