[dev] Ansel_Image question

Is there currently a way to retrieve an Ansel_Image object knowing  
only the image_id, and NOT knowing the gallery_id?  I'm trying to  
produce a list of images that have recently added comments, but I want  
to do this across multiple galleries  at once (like all the galleries  
that a user owns for instance).  If I grab all the forums for Ansel  
from agora's api, I in essence also have a list of images_ids, but  
have no other info about the image without retrieving the Ansel_Image  
object for it - which I can't do as far as I can see without the  
gallery id as well...any suggestions?
