[dev] IMP not sending mail automatically after entering PGP passkey

I just noticed that when you have to enter a PGP passphrase when  
trying to send an email, the email no longer automatically gets sent  
after a the passphrase is entered, you have to press Send Message a  
second time.  Am I nuts or did this break/change recently?  Can  
someone else using PGP verify this?
