[dev] New handout draft

http://dev.horde.org/~jan/groupware-handout-neu.pdf is the draft of  
the new handout. It's basically the same like the old one with  
re-arranged texts, updated screenshots, includes DIMP, and is no  
longer split for the two groupware editions.
Screenshots are still in RGB but should be converted to CMYK tomorrow,  
unless someone could do this earlier (hint!)
