I've added a workaround in IMP CVS HEAD to work around this.  I have  
removed Horde_Imap_Client from CVS.

More git stuff:
1. I moved the repositories to a more repo-like format (no more  
working checkout of the individual files).
2. I started the read-only git daemon (See Ticket #7652)
3. Permissions are still screwed up, at least in horde.git/objects.
