You just have to run it twice - once linking the "legacy" framework to  
your pear(or whatever) folder and then again to link the git framework  
to the same pear folder.

The change that was done to the script to support this was just to  
allow loading one of the libraries the script requires from the  
include_path and not assume it's in the src directory.
