[dev] Horde_Imap_Client_Search_Query -> take a DateTime object instead of a timestamp

Any objection to changing Horde_Imap_Client_Search_Query to take a  
date object (anything with a DateTime-compatible format() function, I  
think) instead of a timestamp?
