I never understood why both Auth_application and the applications'  
auth drivers extend the base Auth class. Is this really necessary? IMO  
we should either drop Horde_Auth_Application as a proxy and  
instantiate the application drivers directly, or have the application  
drivers implement a common interface. I'd prefer the latter.
