Well, sure, but we always have the SQL scripts create the current  
version of the database. So kronolith.sql and friends should be  
updated to contain the geo tables - you shouldn't have to run upgrade  
scripts on a clean install.

I've updated kronolith/docs/INSTALL - this should hopefully be clear now.
