I would rather make this a separate page. Anyway, I think it's  
perfectly fine to overwrite the existing (generated) rules from Ingo.  
After all, that's what this expert feature is for. The opposite  
direction is the problem. If the user has carefully crafted his own  
rule set manually, but then adds a blacklist entry from IMP or clicks  
on an activate button in Ingo and has his rules completely ovewritten.
