[dev] Jonah: "feed" rather than "channel"?

Hi!

I'm currently looking at jonah (H4) and the jonah-share-content  
branch. Both Ian and Micheal told me that there was a tendency to  
rename the central entity Jonah handles from "channel" to "feed".  
After pondering on it for a short while I'd also like to rename the  
things to "feed". Just wanted to ensure nobody disagrees. In the long  
run this would mean that some classes and also the urls with "channel"  
in their name would change.
