I don't believe this is more expensive than polling a number of  
folders. Beside that, if this is a performance concern, admins don't  
have to enable quota. It's loaded on each mailbox/page refresh too.

Finally, I think this absolutely belongs into a summary. I didn't hear  
a single complain about that either. Please add it back.
