As an aside: I noticed that the  
Horde_Core_Ajax_Imple_Geocoder_Geonames is not used anywhere in the  
code.  Can this be removed?

At a minimum, this is one of the imples I mentioned in my commit  
message that should not be an imple.  It does not attach itself to a  
DOM/HTML element.  Instead, it is a service-providing method, which  
means (if we still need it), it should be converted to a AJAX  
application method in Horde.
