This is the merge commit of the redesign branch.

The redesign is not complete, but we're a good way there. Most  
important known things that are missing or broken:
- Dynamic calendar is not converted yet, traditional is.
- Base design for simple pages and forms hasn't been delivered yet.
- Icon set is incomplete, thus there is also still some mis-alignment  
with certain icons.
- Bugs.
