The Imap_Client DoS fixes should now be complete.  (Despite what  
Ticket #11453 claims, I have been using this code for 5 days now with  
nary an error message thrown to the Horde log, at least regarding IMAP  
code).

I've gone ahead and marked some tickets to the next milestone.  I  
*think* all tickets assigned to me are awaiting further feedback.  All  
of us should probably go through and mark critical tickets, so these  
are the reports we focus on in the next week.
