If it is of any help, I just want to say my company uses horde for a
long time (since 2006, IIRC) and we are really *grateful* for it. I also
handle three other horde installs for other companies. Whenever I can, I
recommend horde for others.
Inconsistent comments comming in not courteous manners should simply be
ignored. I think it´s the best remedy.
I did had a hard time convincing people they would have to accept the
fact there was no more visual display for their signatures, but
eventually they accepted it. They still get confused and I was not able
to make them work with two profiles (one with signature and one
without). Other source of trouble was the "forwarding/editing as new"
issue. But, like you said, it is indeed a privilege benefiting from open
source software and I always bring that fact into the discussion, and
also the fact there are tons of extraordinary features in the groupware
and its modules.
Not to mention the work you guys did with Horde 5 UI was remarkable.
All of that to say I think you are right in your thoughts and do not let
incoherent/impolite comments dishearten you.
Best regards,
Luis Felipe
