[dev] Namespacing an app

Hallo,

I am converting an older standalone app to be compatible with horde-git.
As I am also introducing namespaces for the library part, I wonder if
the namespace should be $vendor/$app/whatever (like
'Horde/Kronolith/Calendar') or $app/whatever (like 'Kronolith/Calendar')
