[doc] Problems making manual

Ok, I got it.

I installed all necessary stuff from rpms. But the post-install scripts didn't 
set the SGML_CATALOG_FILES environment variable.
Once I set it manually I still get some error messages about the iso 8879:1986 
style sheet but everything is created correctly.
