Thanks to the quick response of Hank at the MARC archive, I've made these 
available here:

	ftp://ftp.horde.org/pub/mail/imp/

They're in mbox format.  I would focus on the 2001 archive, because there 
won't be much relating to IMP 3.0 before that time.
