[Doc] contributing umich IMP docs

hey guys -

backstory:

We deployed IMP in Jan/02, we wrote docs for our installation.  They can
be found at:

	http://www.itd.umich.edu/itddoc/s/s4297/

There's been some discussion on the IMP list of using our docs to help
seed the horde doc project.  I'm here to facilitate that.  We (umich) are
quite interested in submitting our docs (which will be expanded to cover
Turba) for this purpose.

I know there are some things we need to iron out on my end (mainly
copyright), but I'd like to know what you need from us to get this
started.
