[Doc] contributing umich IMP docs

As long as horde isn't going to charge anyone any money to use the docs,
we don't need any further approval.
So, yes we have been given the all clear. Horde needs to acknowledge
umich in the document (and our version of the docs don't currently include
that acknowledgment). See attached..

Hi Liam,
They just need to acknowledge the University of Michigan. Something like
this would be fine:
Used/adapted (or whatever is accurate) with permission of
the University of Michigan. Original documentation copyrighted
by The Regents of The University of Michigan.
That's all we've ever done in the past for things similar to this. (A few
years ago, there was a lot of interest in reprinting some IT Digest
articles on e-mail etiquette, and we used similar text then.)
