[Doc] contributing umich IMP docs

I think the hordedoc module should support many documents, if possible - 
user guides, the admin guide, maybe at some point a version of the FAQ, API 
documentation, etc. Not that I know how to make any of that work with the 
docbook tools, but hey. ;)
