Cool.  I just put the output on the web and started viewing it.  Cool stuff.

Okay, I'm going to take this stuff and run with it.  If any one has any 
outstanding changes that are not commited yet, please do so asap.

I'm still having problems with the tex/pdf output, but the html/php stuff
is working, and that's good enough to get started...  Once I get some 
content in, then I'll revisit the non-html/php output formats.
