[gollem] column headings

I was thinking it would be useful if in Gollem, the administrator could 
decide which columns to show per data source (as they can in Turba).   
We're using AFS, and the traditional unix permission octets have very 
little bearing on our file system.  I imagine the same is true w/ the 
SQL based file stores.

In the same vein, would it make sense to change "Chmod Items" to 
"Change permissions" to make it less specific to the "file" and "ftp" 
VFS backends?
