[gollem] New Pref setting for recursive delete

Someone else will have to pickup the torch here. I looked at giving
that a whirl, but I think that's beyond the scope of my coding
abilities. You'd need php code to check the directory and pass the
result to javascript for a pop-up. I don't see how this can happen
easily.

Hmm. I'd like to see a user confirmation of this, anytime they're
deleting a
non-empty directory, instead of it just being a pref...
