[gollem] Is Gollem development active?

Benjamin,

Docman is pretty good (another product is docmgr, and of course my own
eBundaDMS). 

I hadn't really thought of cfr 21 but it is possible. I have experience
in pharma and the world of compliance. Having said that, this would
require a considerable effort in terms of PM, documentation and testing.
