[gollem] PATCH: visual separation between backends

Greetings,

My apologies for sending such trivial cosmetic patches... but here comes another
one.

When you are using multiple backends (and displaying all of them), this patch to
gollem/templates/manager/footer.inc puts one line of background space between
the folder manager views to give them some visual separation. Perhaps the
current way was done on purpose, but IMHO this patch makes the display look
clearer and less cluttered.
