[gollem] Problem with new install.

I've installed Gollem for the first time.  I have it set to use horde
authentication and here is what is happening.  I'm getting a bunch of
these errors...

Notice: Undefined index: home in
/home/mysite/mainwebsite_html/horde/gollem/lib/Gollem.php on line 186

This is the system generated error message:
Permission denied to mainwebsite_html: Authentication to FTP server failed.

BUT this is what the horde.log shows:
Aug 02 23:41:30 HORDE [notice] [imp] Login success for ghetto

This is the 8-1-2004 head release.  What do I have set wrong?
