[gollem] Cant change directories/create folders/change modifications

hi, 

Just downloaded the cvs copy of gollem, I used FTP as my backend,
I can login, download, but cant change to directories, create folders,
and modify attributes.

I am using horde-3.0.4_1, php 4.3.11.
