[gollem] Download Items dropdown action

Hi,

My apologies if the answer is obvious.

The help beside the actions drop-down alludes to a "Download Items" capability,
which seems to say that I can select multiple files and download them with one
action.  But I've never seen this action in the drop-down list, with either an
SQL or FTP backend.

Misconfiguration or on the to-do list?
