[hermes]initial config question

hello all, 

sorry for this basic question, but where is / how do i
create the conf.php file for hermes?  the
documentation says that it's necessary, but all i see
in the hermes/config directory is conf.xml (and
html.php and prefs.php).  i just got the most recent
code from CVS...

i have horde 2.1 and IMP 3.1 working now, and am
starting to play around with the other horde projects.


if someone could point me in the right direction i
would appreciate it!
